What is Internal Files?

Internal Files is a management blog started by Joy MacKay, after a long-held desire to share tangible and meaningful insight on how to manage — people, departments, and projects — well.

“Internal Files” has two meanings: the confidential files a company keeps on itself, as well as the interior knowledge of the heart and mind.

Our logo depicts bar and flow charts.

Our aim is to create a candid space where a rich roster of managers whose practices focus on integrity and innovation can knowledge-share, outside of the usual framings of reputation and readership.
